Raytheon VP named to list of influential women
Richtopia counts Pamela A. Wickham among leaders in business, politics, entertainment
The business, technology and lifestyle site RichTopia has named Pamela A. Wickham, Raytheon's vice president of corporate affairs and communications, to its list of the world's 250 most influential women.
The list calculates influence through an algorithm that analyzes metrics from social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. It includes leaders in public policy, media, entertainment and technology.
Wickham has written about using social media to build a personal brand as well as using data analytics to narrow the gender wage gap. This summer, she received the Publicity Club of New England's John J. Molloy Crystal Bell Lifetime Achievement Award.
Wickham joined Raytheon in 2005 and has led the development of the company's brand and corporate reputation through storytelling and innovative communications strategies. Within the company, she has championed excellence in communications, mentorship programs and workforce diversity. Externally, she advocates for gender pay equity and women's leadership in the executive ranks of global business.
